Payment Policy

All payments must be made at time of service unless other arrangements have been established.We accept cash, money order, debit cards, all major credit cards, and Care Credit. Checks are not accepted. Failure to pay balances will result in a billed notice by mail. Further failure to pay will result in transfer to a collections agency

Following an examination, if further diagnostics are required, the doctor will discuss costs and options with you. We will also be able to provide an estimate of possible charges. However, a price estimate may not include follow-up appointments or unexpected charges.

 All animals seven years old and older undergoing routine anesthesia will be required to have pre-anesthetic blood work 

 All animals being treated at our clinic, including surgical procedures, must have proof of a current rabies vaccination. If your pet does not have a current rabies vaccination at the time of the surgery, we will be required to give the vaccine before performing the procedure 

All surgery procedures include an IV catheter for your pet. This ensures safety during the procedure, allows us to maintain a healthy blood pressure, and helps your pet recover more easily.

All scheduled surgeries will be drop-off appointments.  Drop-off time will be between 8 - 9 am the day of the surgery. For your pet's safety, we require your pet has no food after midnight the night before

We prefer operating by appointment, as this allows us an adequate amount of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. However, emergency cases will receive top priority over all appointments (though we will certainly try our best to get all patients examined in a timely matter!)

Need a prescription refill? You can call or email us at any time! If you contact us during business hours, your refill should be ready for pick-up within 15-30 minutes.  Long-term medications do require at least an annual examination and routine blood work for continued refills
